Sales/Customer Experience Manager

As the Customer Experience Manager, you will be the heart & voice of Yard Guard. You will get to work alongside an amazing team that has the pleasure of interacting with our loyal customers and talking to those who have yet to experience our genuine customer service.

As we continue to expand to other locations, Bozeman will be our headquarters for our call center and back office operations. Job Responsibilities Include:

• Training and mentoring your team
• Coaching your team on proper sales and customer service tactics
• Pulling reports to update daily, weekly, and monthly company scorecards
• Comfortable giving kind, but honest feedback
• Ability to document & improve systems
• Assist your team with overflow communications when necessary

Requirements:

• Ability to turn on a computer and answer a phone
• Excellent communication skills
• Be someone your team can look up to
• 2-5+ years experience in managing customer service and/or sales team
• Experience in-home services would be a plus, but everyone brings value from different experiences, we can teach you about plants
• Focus on self-development

We are hiring a year-round position for a seasonal business. Our summer season runs from April to November, then we do holiday lights for November & December. We don’t work weekends, but we are busier in the spring and have much more flexibility over the winter months. The staff here love to ski and travel in the winter. We require a 45-day sabbatical after four years. :D
