Banquet Server Responsibilities Include:

Set up banquet rooms as per event specifications, including table setup, decorations, and audiovisual equipment.
Anticipate guests' needs and promptly address any requests or concerns they may have during the event.
Serve food and beverages in a professional manner, adhering to service standards and timing protocols.

Job Brief:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Banquet Server to provide an excellent guest experience. As a Banquet Server, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of various functions, from weddings and corporate events to dinners and conferences. Compensation includes salary and tips.

Responsibilities:

Serve food and beverages in a professional manner, adhering to service standards and timing protocols.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
Collaborate effectively with kitchen and banquet staff to ensure seamless coordination during events.
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
Assist in the breakdown and cleanup of banquet rooms post-event, including clearing dishes and cleaning up debris.

Requirements and Skills:

Proven experience as a Banquet Server or in a similar role within a hospitality environment.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical stamina and ability to lift moderate weight and stand for long periods.
