We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Commercial New Construction Superintendent to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the overall success of multiple commercial construction projects, with a specific focus on fuel stations and convenience stores.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from pre-construction planning to final completion and handover.
• Ensure strict adherence to project plans, specifications, budgets, and schedules.
• Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion.
• Implement and enforce a comprehensive safety program to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Conduct daily site inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively.
• Maintain clear and concise communication with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, owners, and subcontractors.
• Track project progress, identify and resolve problems, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, reports, and change orders.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
• Previous experience in fuel station and convenience store construction projects is a must.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction superintendent role.
• Proven track record of successfully completing complex construction projects on time and within budget.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
• Strong understanding of fuel station and convenience store construction requirements, including permitting, environmental regulations, and specific equipment installation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team of construction personnel.
• Proficient in construction scheduling software and project management tools.
• Valid driver's license.
