Installation Project Specialist

Installation Project Specialist is responsible for managing ongoing installation jobs including tracking & ordering parts, monitoring parts inventory, managing receivables, and jobsite planning with foreman.

- Manage checklist for ongoing jobs including outside purchases

- Onsite customer visits for planning

- Maintain all paperwork for ongoing jobs including submittals

- Manage receivables for ongoing jobs

- Parts inventory including monitoring trailer stock, warehouse inventory, and parts transfers in FieldServio

- Manage incoming orders by pulling parts from inventory, maintain inventory, order outside parts and stage for upcoming jobs

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, such as report management, submittals, and purchase orders

- Perform basic mathematical calculations; including but not limited to, totaling work orders, basic compressed air formulas, managing financials and tracking profit on existing jobs "Schedule of Values".

- Communicate regularly to team regarding status of new and ongoing projects

- Counter sales for parts

- Perform take offs on drawing to create parts list for contractors and estimators

- Maintain work relationships with contractors

- Attend Construction meetings when scheduled

- Follow contract documents and assist with subcontract documents and purchase orders

- Working knowledge of compressed air systems and its components, including knowledge of the mechanical operation, associated hazards, and proper usage of the equipment

- Ability to interpret schematics and operational manuals for practical application on repair and maintenance tasks

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet customer initiated deadlines

- Working knowledge of fundamental mathematical operations

- Skilled usage of mechanical tools utilized to repair and maintain compressed air systems and their components

- Ability to perform duties in non-climate controlled environments such as outdoor weather conditions and non-weather related wet, humid and/or extreme heat conditions

- Communicate effectively: speak, listen, and write in a clear, thorough, and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques

- Foster teamwork: work cooperatively and effectively with others (internal and external) to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness

- Organize: set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track information and activities.

- Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and accuracy

- Solve problems: assess problem situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations and/or resolve the problem

- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as accept direction from Management

- Position requires extended periods of standing, extended periods of sitting, as well as bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, kneeling, crouching, climbing, and the use of hands to finger, grasp, handle and feel often in repetitive motion

- Requires the ability to speak in a manner that conveys detailed or important instructions accurately, loudly, or quickly

- Ability to hear by receiving detailed verbal information or by making distinction in sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction.

- Computer literacy in MS Office products

- High School or equivalent (GED)

- 3 to 5 years of related work experience or training or equivalent combination of both education and experience

- Motor Vehicle Record must be in good standing and comply with Company policy
