Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Parts Warehouse Supervisor at our San Marcos location. The ideal candidate will lead our warehouse operations, with a particular focus on shipping and receiving, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of golf cart parts and accessories. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about the golf industry to play a key role in our continued success.

$21 - $22 hourly DOE

• Supervise and mentor warehouse personnel, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Oversee the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely and accurate handling of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders to schedule deliveries and pickups.
• Manage the organization and layout of the warehouse to optimize space and workflow.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to fulfill orders and meet customer demands.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
• Utilize inventory management software to track inventory movements and monitor stock levels.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Foster positive relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts and resolve any issues that arise.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the automotive or golf industry.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail are a must.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Forklift certification and knowledge of OSHA regulations are preferred.
