Your mission:
Your mission as a Senior Solution Consultant is to serve as the ServiceNow technical strategic advisor and leader collaborating with the Sales team to comprehend clients' business challenges. The key reponsibility involves crafting and presenting tailored solutions that align with client needs, utilizing the organization's products or services. Solutions Consultants play a vital role in connecting technical capabilities with client requirements, ultimately contributing to successful sales engagements and building enduring client relationships for one or more strategic accounts. You exhibit mastery of the Sales process, and you are a trusted advisor for the account representative. You work at direction of practice manager to grow the practice.

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a confident, curious, and experienced Senior ServiceNow Solution Consultant who is an expert in a specific technology or product line and will support the team by providing direction and recommendations based on their knowledge and experience. As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will perform product demonstrations, both standard and customized, to potential and existing customers, both on-site and virtual. You will be responsible for planning and conducting proof of concept and proof of value with potential customers, respond to request for information/proposal documents stay up to date on product developments/releases to the level required for demos and POC/POCs, as well as competitive analysis.
In conjunction with sales and professional services staff, you will conduct transition briefings and preparation for deployment. You will create and maintain templates and documentation for project scoping and proposal delivery. You will act as a ServiceNow subject matter expert at executive briefings and marketing events.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years working with the ServiceNow platform in any client-facing consulting role
  • 2+ years working with the ServiceNow platform in a dedicated presales role
  • Collaborate with the sales team to comprehend clients' business challenges, objectives, and technical requirements.
  • Offer comprehensive technical knowledge to elucidate the capabilities and advantages of the organization's products or services.
  • Develop customized solutions tailored to address specific client needs, taking into account industry requirements and product/service features.
  • Support the sales process by closely working with the team, providing technical insights, and ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Conduct demonstrations to illustrate the functionality and features of products or services, aiding clients in visualizing their application.
  • Educate clients on the technical aspects of proposed solutions, address queries, and offer insights for well-informed decision-making.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation supporting the sales process, ensuring communication clarity.
  • Assist in project coordination during the sales process, ensuring a seamless transition from proposal to implementation.
  • Manage technical inquiries, facilitate a smooth transition to implementation, and ensure post-sale client satisfaction.
Professional Certifications Required:
  • At least one ServiceNow Mainline Certification such as Certified Implementation Specialist (any) or Certified Application Developer is required
  • ITIL Foundations and/or Scrum Master Certified
United States Compensation Statement     
Compensation for positions at Thirdera depends on various factors including but not limited to the location of the role, required skill set, educational background, experience, and any required professional certifications.      
Thirdera provides salaries for roles that may be hired anywhere in the United States:      
  • $ 145,000 – 160,000  + Bonus
