Responsibilities:
- Managing the Open Skate Session of the rink
- Training staff members in job and positional duties
- Ensuring an excellent customer service experience
- Booking private and public reservations
- Becoming an expert in all products and services we offer
- Stepping into positions throughout the rink if needed
- Overseeing Closing or Opening tasks as scheduled
Qualifications:
- Previous Supervisory Experience Required
- High School Diploma Required
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Able to monitor multiple positions and prioritize and organize staffing to best service customers needs
Starting Pay 15-20/hr depending on experience
Hours are typically Nights and Weekends
