Position: Ice Rink Assistant (Part-Time: 24โ€“40 hours/week)
Availability Required: Weekends, Evenings, and Holidays

UTC ICE Sports Center is a fun, fast-paced, and family-friendly ice skating rink located in the heart of Westfield UTC Mall. Weโ€™re on the lookout for enthusiastic, reliable team members who thrive in a customer-focused environment and are eager to grow within our team.

About the Role:
As an Ice Rink Assistant, youโ€™ll be an essential part of our daily operations โ€” helping customers, supporting rink maintenance, and ensuring every skater leaves with a great experience.

This is more than just a part-time job โ€” itโ€™s a potential stepping stone. Our goal is to develop the right candidates into Rink Technician. Advancement depends on how quickly you learn, how well you perform, and your overall level of responsibility.

What Youโ€™ll Be Doing:
  • Assisting customers with skate rentals.
  • Sharpening skates and basic equipment upkeep.
  • Scorekeeping for hockey games and figure skating events.
  • Supporting ice maintenance and cleanliness.
  • Working closely with Rink Technicians and Directors on special projects.
  • Keeping the facility clean and welcoming for guests.
