Job description

Job Description This role is responsible for providing independent cost evaluation (ICE) leadership in support of multiple business areas within the ES sector. This person will work closely with proposal and program teams throughout the ES sector. The candidate will provide ICE training as required. This role is critical to understanding the range of outcomes on our key bids and programs. Chosen individual will be working with bid capture leads, and senior management to ensure these factors are understood and considered in our pricing strategies. This role will be performed in a hybrid remote work format, with the individual splitting their time between our offices in Nashua (10 Tara Blvd), and remotely. To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must either currently reside within a reasonable daily commute of our Nashua offices, or be willing to relocate at their own expense. Responsibilities: * Provide ICE support to proposals and programs in accordance with the ICE charter such as: * Develop understanding of the proposal or program along with associated business case to determine potential issues
* Evaluate and express as potential consequences to cost and risk and provide a range of potential outcomes for the proposal or program
* Present the ICE report to the ICE Director and senior management
* Use and Support the ICE Metrics Dashboard
* Work collaboratively with the other ICE team members to ensure the effective development and retention of ICE skills and knowledge, and effective delivery of day-to-day support to programs and proposals requirements of the businesses
* Develop continuous improvement ideas. Required Education, Experience, & Skills * Bachelor degree and 8 years of business experience
* Strong analytical abilities combined with the interpersonal skills necessary to communicate and support analyses at various management levels within our organization
* Good negotiation skills and an ability to positively confront and challenge
* Strong problem solving skills and the capacity to work under tight deadlines
* The ability to question assumptions, understand engineering and product technical complexities and be able to evaluate and express these as potential cost or risk impacts is essential
* Secret level clearance or ability to obtain a security clearance
* Ability and willingness to travel ~10% of the time Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $118747 - $201870 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
