Overview - Production / Manufacturing Laborer Operator ( Temporary Seasonal)
This person works as part of the production team at one of the four main stations of the production and packaging process of foam products. The assigned station will change to match the production schedule.
- Operating packaging equipment safely and efficiently, including setup, cleaning and basic maintenance
- Loading and unloading with forklifts and pallet jacks
- Logging and maintaining records
- Cleaning and sanitation of equipment and facility
- Verifying quality of final packaging products
- Operating automated process systems
- Following safety, quality, and operating procedures
Requirements
- Ability to perform time-sensitive, fast-paced, physically demanding activity.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must wear safety toe shoes (not provided) while at work.
- Positive work attitude.
- Must be able to pass a full 10 panel drug screen and background check.
