Job description-Position

As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you will support the sales team as well as our customers through phone, email, fax, and in person inquiries. Process and approve sales & purchase orders through NetSuite ERP. Responsible for invoicing shipped sales orders. Manage warehouse open order lists. Handle special accounts as necessary. Support other teams with assignments as needed.

Roles Include

• Answer and support incoming calls and emails efficiently and professionally, distribute as necessary. Support group emails for BOL, Order Fulfillment, Client Service, and Tracing.
• Serve walk in customers and sales reps with order pick up, and payment transaction.
• Receive and acknowledge emailed purchase orders through the Client Service email group.
• Manage open order list & Invoice orders as needed for outside warehouses.
• Support other teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Professional telephone etiquette.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• General software knowledge (Outlook, Excel, NetSuite, Mitel, Microsoft).
• Ability to multitask and problem solve.
• Ability to perform tasks professionally with accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to be flexible, manage time and set priorities
• High school diploma or GED
