Chiropractic Assistant - Front Desk

Looking for someone with CHIROPRACTIC Office Management experience (28-32Hours)

 Ideal Candidate:
- Lives close to Katy TX - with no transportation issues

- Chiropractic office/front desk experience preferred.

- Experience with auto insurance terms

- BILINGUAL (Spanish/English)
- Outgoing, good customer service, telephone etiquette, punctual and ability to work with little supervision
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- Ability to multitask and complete tasks with efficiency
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs - Word, Outlook and Excel (a must)

- Excellent, written and verbal communication skills

- General knowledge / exposure to billing and practice management software (ChiroTouch)

Responsibilities include:
- Appointment setting/ insurance verification

- Managing patient flow
- Billing/ collecting payments
- Ability to work independently, stay organized and get a job done. (A Person Who Likes to Keep Lists and Check-Off)
- Ability to jump from Front Office to Therapy Placement (on the job training), without missing a beat and maintaining enthusiasm

- Light cleaning/ office upkeep

- Coordinate, track and reporting of office statistics related to patient management

Pay is based on experience. Hourly pay increase is possible at 3-6 months, dependent upon job performance, punctuality, attitude, and reception of new employee by our patients & current staff.

Mon: 8:30-12:30 and 3:00-6:00
Tue: 3:00 pm - 6:30 pm
Wed: 8:30-12:30 and 3:00-6:00
Thu: 3:00 pm - 6:30 pm
Fri: 8:30 - 1:00
