Videographer

PURPOSE: The Videographer communicates the vision of the church through compelling videos.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY 1: Oversee Videos

DUTY STATEMENT 1: Will be involved in the creation of videos and consistency of quality.

DUTY STATEMENT 2: Organization of all videos for easy access.

DUTY STATEMENT 3: Implementation of videos into the creative process and the Sunday morning services.

DUTY STATEMENT 4: Help film and edit relevant videos that will push marketing/social media. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITY 2: Team Building

DUTY STATEMENT 1: Build and oversee a healthy video team.

DUTY STATEMENT 2: Work closely with the photography team and production team to ensure a quality product.

DUTY STATEMENT 3: Work closely with the creative team in their creative process. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITY 3: Personal Growth and Development

DUTY STATEMENT 1: Resource– read spiritual and leadership books/material.

DUTY STATEMENT 2: Mentorship – reach out and learn from others in your field.

DUTY STATEMENT 3: Craft – carve out time to develop and stretch yourself creatively.

**Manage & Steward Department Budget – turning in receipts in a timely manner, keeping record of expenses, and attending to the financial needs of the Creative department.
