Identity and Access Management Engineer

Onsite in Columbia, MD 

Job Summary: 

We are looking for an Identity and Access Management Engineer (IAM) engineer with experience in installation, integration, and deployment of Ping Identity solutions to join our team of Engineers in developing a comprehensive Identity Credential and Access Management solution for the DoD. 

Responsibilities: 

• Work with the lead architect to develop and implement identity and access management solutions. 

• Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve technical identity and access management related issues.  
• Be the resident expert on PingFederate, PingDirectory, and other Ping Identity products. 
• Participate in the design and implementation of enterprise grade production deployment architecture for Ping. 
• Ensure IAM solutions are aligned with Information Security policies and standards. 
• Provide Tier 3/Tier4 technical support to the operations team as required. 

Required Skills: 

• At least 2 years of experience with Ping Federate and Ping Directory. 
• Expertise in configuring IdP adaptors, SP adaptors, policies, data stores etc. in Ping Federate. 
• Strong experience in administering Ping Directory server and managing data using LDAP tools. 

• Solid understanding of Ping's administration APIs. 
• Expert knowledge of multifactor authentication, SAML, SSO, Federated authentication, Directory Services technologies including LDAP, web servers etc. 
• Self-starter with excellent communication and proactive problem-solving skills. 
• Attention to detail while managing multiple priorities. 

Qualifications 

• 2-3 years of specialized experience with Identity Management Solutions. 
• 2-3 years of Windows system administration experience is desirable. 

Job Stipulations: 

Obtain and keep a Secret Level clearance. 

Must be able to work 100% onsite at facility location.
