One Step Secure I/T is looking for full-time Sales Representative.
One Step Secure I/T is an MSP providing the latest in managed services and cybersecurity.
One Step Secure I/T specialists work in a variety of dynamic environments providing comprehensive services for network infrastructure development and management.
Responsibilities:
- Must be a HUNTER! We aren't looking for a farmer for this role.
- Hunts for new opportunities.
- Build the pipeline with individual efforts.
- Highly motivated to find new leads and opportunities via phone, email and social media to understand technology needs and how our products and services can meet or exceed expectations.
- Build a viable sales pipeline which supports quota attainment.
- Adopt and execute One Step’s core sales strategies including the TruMethods approach to selling managed IT services.
- Gain and maintain access to decision makers and end users in prospect and client accounts.
- Perform product presentations to customers focused on selling and positioning comprehensive MSP solutions.
- Contact prospects by using the company’s sales database to reach those qualified by our lead development division.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing executives within the MSP community.
- Follow company policy and procedures on database management.
Qualifications:
- Must have prior experience building your own pipeline. This job requires 80% of leads to be self-generated.
- MUST BE A HUNTER
- Tech Savvy / Strong aptitude for technology
- Experience at Verizon, AT&T or T-Mobile, is a plus
Skills:
- STRONG HUNTER EXPERIENCE
- MUST BE MOTIVATED BY HIGH COMMISSION COMP PLAN
- Strong self-confidence and communication skills in order to effectively communicate with owners and C-Level Executives
- Strong business acumen so as to have effective business meetings
- Strong technical skills and competent understanding of IT networks, cloud services and related technology systems
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team player
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Desire to work in a high-energy sales team environment
Compensation:
- Low base, high commissions. Success depends on ability to generate leads and close.
