Dispatcher/Operator/Admin

Maleko Personnel is now hriring a Dispatchers for local Transportation company.

$18 per hour

evenings shift 2pm-10pm overnight 10pm-6am weekends required, overtime required

Come work for Wheels on Wheels, where we put the WOW in transportation. We transport those using Walkers, Wheelchairs, Powerchairs, Stretchers, as well as ambulatory clients.

This opportunity requires customer service skills in conversation to build trust with callers explaining our services giving them confidence to book their trip with us.

Job Duties:

· Answer calls, respond to texts and voicemail promptly.

· Accurately and quickly enter trip details in dispatch software.

· Coordinate transportation to ensure service goals are achieved.

· Build business relationship with drivers and client contacts.

· Track in process and pending trips and adjust assignments to prevent delays.

· Calculate offers to brokers and clients for special requests.

· Represent the company values at all time.

· Process invoices for billing clients.

· Track and update driver credentialing.

· Perform other administrative duties as asked.

Skills:

· Learn computer systems quickly.

· Take ownership of duties.

· Must be able to work independently and solve problems.

· Think ahead and provide suggestions and solutions.

· Good organization and prioritization to meet deadlines and service standards.

Requirements:

· Prior experience as a Non-Emergency Medical Driver is preferred but not required.

· Prior experience in medical facility preferred but not required.

· Criminal history check

Must pass the flowing training modules and assessments in English:

Conflict Resolution training, HIPPA, Fraud waste & Abuse, Neglect and Abuse recognition and reporting, etc
