We are looking for a skilled accounts payable specialist to be responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient, and in a timely manner.
Duties Include:
- Review, maintain, and monitor accounts payable.
- Manage day-to-day accounts payable functions
- Resolve vendor-payable problems in a timely manner, while applying professional service to maintain and improve vendor relations.
- Monitor and track all purchase orders to ensure timely payment and reconcile accounts with vendors regularly.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of A/P experience
- Associate’s Degree in Accounting or business related preferred
- Must be highly detailed and deadline oriented
- Proficient with Excel functions
