Licensed Real Estate Assistant

Are you a licensed real estate agent looking for a role with guaranteed hourly income that offers a blend of on-site and in-the-field tasks? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Real Estate Assistant. This position requires a valid real estate license and offers a unique combination of fieldwork throughout the DFW metroplex and in-office responsibilities at our Prosper location. Your job will include conducting property showings throughout the metroplex, attending inspection reviews and final walkthroughs, recording videos for properties under contract, calling prospects and clients, preparing marketing materials, writing contracts, researching builders, and other industry-related tasks.

The hours for this position are firmly 10:00AM - 6:00PM Thursday through Monday. We reimburse mileage at current IRS reimbursement rates and a company vehicle may be available for longer-distance appointments.

Our ideal candidate has superb organizational skills and a knack for customer service. This position is not suited for individuals without a real estate license or those balancing another real estate business on the side.

$25 - $30 hourly

On-Site Tasks:

• Conducting property showings for potential buyers
• Attending inspection reviews
• Attending final walkthroughs
• Recording videos for properties under contract
• Covering various locations throughout the DFW metroplex

In-Office Tasks:

• Making calls to our database
• Conducting comparable market analyses
• Writing contracts
• Updating listings
• Preparing marketing materials
• Use of Social Media
• Researching builders and other industry-related tasks

MUST have a valid Texas Real Estate License

Ability to work Thursday through Monday 10:00AM to 6:00PM

Excellent written and verbal skills
