Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a Dental Office Manager to become a part of our team! You will coordinate medical and health services in hospitals, clinics or similar organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee dental service activities and personnel
- Plan and coordinate dental services
- Work collaboratively with dentist and staff to implement appropriate programs
- Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
- Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare or other medical fields, preferably a dental office
- Experience in a managerial role
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
