As a Maintenance Technician I at Butterfield Trail Village, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in performing electrical, plumbing, and general repairs on our buildings, machines, and equipment. Working under close supervision, you will assist our Maintenance II workers with specific duties while ensuring that tasks are completed with precision and efficiency. Your role will involve engaging in frequent repetitive duties that may require physical exertion, such as lifting and moving objects, materials, and maintaining clean work areas.
