• Hold a valid HVAC technician license.
• Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for commuting to project locations.
• Comfortable working as a subcontractor or under a W9 arrangement.
• Capable of managing your own tax obligations as a subcontractor.
• Proficient in a range of HVAC tasks, with the ability to provide your own tools for specific jobs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
