POSITION – Enviro-Master is seeking a Pressure Washing Specialist to perform all pressure washing duties, in south Denver, CO, which is a new and exciting growth area for Enviro-Master.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

·         Perform power washing operations at a variety of customer sites

·         Perform new account power washing installations

·         Develop route schedule

·         Manage, plan, schedule, and execute large projects

·         Manage supplies and equipment

·         Maintain supplies and equipment

·         Conduct Quality Control visits to existing power washing customers

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

If you have worked in Facility Maintenance, Janitorial or Custodial Service, Lawn Care Industries, Pest Control, this position could be ideal for you!

·         Impeccable driving record

·         Experience pulling and towing trailers, or similar equipment

·         Experience maneuvering and redirecting trailers, or similar equipment

·         Proficient in attaching and connecting trailers to truck

·         Mechanically sound – ability to maintain and service power washing equipment

·         Eye for detail

·         Handy with tools

·         Strong Communication / People Skills

·         Excellent work history

·         Great Organizational Skills

·         Proven Time Management Skills

·         Ability to work independently or in a team environment

·         Trustworthy and Accountable

·         Must have valid driver’s license

COMPENSATION:  Starting salary $45K-$50K + commissions + bonuses (On Target Earnings up to $60K).
