Title: Mainframe Performance Tester

Location: Omaha, NE (5 Days Onsite)

Experience: 7+ Years

Job Description:

Must have seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience within the payment processing and credit card industry with: managing multiple active testing projects of moderate to large complexity; developing and executing formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications; leading and participating in test planning and quality review sessions; writing test cases and scripts; post-test execution activities including internal and external communications; software quality metrics; performance testing tool including IBM Rational Performance Tester or Microfocus Load Runner or NeoLoad etc.

Must have three (3) years of experience with: developing and executing performance assessment needs and infrastructure- UI assessment.

Tools: IBM Rational Performance Tester, Load Runner, NeoLoad, AppDynamics, Splunk

Protocols: Http/Https, APIs, XML, MQ, SQL, ISO

• Heavy exposure to industry leading automation tools and methodologies.
• Ability to drive conversations regarding Performance needs, assessment of documentation, conversion into structured performance and corresponding reporting capabilities.
• Interaction with Functional/QA testers, Development and Business partners to create a strategy around automation coverage, execution and reporting.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient testing and deployment processes.
• Embrace emerging web technology standards.
• Collaborate with engineers to design and implement effective test strategies.
• Familiarity and exposure to Agile and Devops practices.
• Drives continuous improvement through all processes, including but not limited to, team standards, test planning, resourcing and test execution, as well as debugging, metric collection, and reporting.
