Job Description

The Flink Supply Company is currently seeking a customer service oriented full-time counter salesman to join our inside sales team.

Our Counter Team's duties vary including but not limited to:

Identifying customer needs and parts identification
Phone and in person sales.
Accurately provide products, services, and solutions
Preparing processing, and managing sales orders.
Inventory control and management.
Placing purchase orders.

Qualifications:

Comprehensive product and industry knowledge
1-3yrs previous work experience; plumbing, warehouse and counter experience preferred
Sales/customer service experience
Outstanding customer service
Plumbing and heating industry experience preferred
Great people and communication skills.

Physical Demands:

Occasional carrying/moving over 75 lbs

Compensation:

23-30/hr + optional OT
Employer paid full healthcare and vision. Optional employee paid Dental
