Position Summary: Project Administrator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Performing administrative and office support activities for multiple project managers;
Producing and distributing correspondences, memos, letters, faxes, and forms;
Performing day-to-day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data;
Verifying billing accounts with accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted;
Prepare and send out invoices;
Identify discrepancies and resolve clients' billing issues;
Track and process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures;
Submit and reconcile expense reports;
Development and maintenance of filing systems; and
Providing general support to customers and sub-contractors.

Specific Knowledge, Skills, License, Certifications
Basic competence in Microsoft Office.
Proficient writing and verbal communication skills.
Team-oriented attitude with flexible mental outlook.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Stable 2 3 year employment history

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Compensation: $18-$21 hour

Candidates will be subject to a pre-employment drug screening and may be asked to submit to background examination.
