PrideStaff Financial has several clients in WPB seeking Accounts Payable professionals:
- Palm Beach Gardens - $26/hr Direct Hire
- Jupiter, FL - $26/hr Direct Hire & Hybrid
- Palm Beach, FL - $28/hr Direct Hire
- West Palm Beach - $25/hr Clerk role with QuickBooks a must
- Delray Beach - $25/hr temp to perm with QuickBooks a must
- Lake Worth - $27/hr temp to perm with YARDI a must

Accounts Payable duties:
- Review invoice for accuracy; matching terms to agreements and code accurately
- Process high volume accounts payable invoices and prepare for approval and check runs on a weekly basis
- Process monthly expense reports.
- Reconcile credit card and petty cash accounts
- Monitor accounts payable aging report to ensure unpaid invoices are paid in a timely manner while communicating with managers to ensure overdue invoices are addressed
- Reconcile processed payments
- Update, maintain, and file records
- Perform check runs
- Perform other basic administrative duties as needed
