Job Description

Our Firm that is looking to add Local Counsel to service and assist with Foreclosure Defense/Loss Mitigation work in the state of North Carolina. The majority of what we do is Loss Mitigation work, but we do need Local Counsel for hearings and occasional letters to assist us. Every client assigned to you will have been screened multiple times to assure that they are good candidates for the program, and they will be submitted to you for your review. We pay for the marketing, screen the calls, sell the service and retain the client. We collect all of the documents, assemble the RMA and negotiate with the lender.

It normally takes 3-4 months to obtain a resolution for the client, although some cases can take longer. On average you will receive approximately $250-$400 per client. This is an excellent way to build a solid residual income along with expanding your client base for any additional legal issues these clients may require in the future.

We perform case file intake and signing services for attorneys who help people who are delinquent on their mortgage payments, or who are facing foreclosure.
