Job Description
We have an immediate opening for a Client Services Representative in North Haven, CT, working for a National Healthcare Company! The organization is an internationally recognized corporate leader in the healthcare industry. Entry level opportunity offering career growth and work life balance!
Primary responsibilities:
- Handles all inbound calls, faxes and e-mails into the Customer Service Call Center and resolves any issues resulting from these interactions
- Processes medical service requests and telephone inquiries with strict adherence to confidentiality agreements, policies and procedures
- Data entry: working within our internal system to update customer files, manage the scheduling for both internal and external resources
- Maintain working service knowledge of all assigned company accounts and provide support to customers as needed
- Ensures HIPAA compliance throughout his/her communications and follows standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Phone skills: either working in a call center or customer service environment
- Organized
- Previous experience working in the medical industry is preferred, not required
