Part-Time Campus Safety Officer We are seeking a Part-Time Campus Safety Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, good critical thinking skills, and be a problem solver while having the ability to use discretion and tact. The candidate must be a good communicator while having the best interest of constituents in mind when enforcing laws and policies. Campus Safety Officers do not carry any type of weapon or restraints.
Responsibilities:
- Enforce campus policies and regulations
- Provide assistance to students, faculty, and staff
- Monitor campus activity and report any suspicious behavior
- Respond to emergencies and provide first aid if necessary
- Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Customer service experience
- Good critical thinking skills
- Problem solver with the ability to use discretion and tact
- Good communicator with the best interest of constituents in mind
- Available to work between 16 to 24 hours a week competed in 8 hour shifts
- Available to work on weekends, nights, and holidays
The rate of pay is $19 dollars an hour.
