Wealth and Trust Advisor - HNW (AR)

Summary:
Our client seeks a Wealth and Trust Advisor to grow their presence by developing professional contacts in the community and internal contacts within the organization. This position is with a successful, well-respected, multi-billion asset financial institution with strong community ties. This organization is known for its team culture. You will work with internal referral sources and external centers of influence.
Responsibilities:
Sell trusts, investments, foundations, and some institutional products to high net worth (HNW) clients ($1 million and above)
Build rapport with commercial lenders, private bankers, and bank leadership to generate referrals and close business
Build a network with the professional community i.e. CPA's, attorneys, to generate sales referrals
Partner with financial advisors on non-fiduciary investment accounts
Stay in contact with clients to gain additional business
Develop new business by networking with internal and external contacts
Work closely with trust officers and investment officers
Be a part of the community, participating in community events
Required Skills and Experience:
5+ years of proven sales experience selling to high net worth individuals
Understand investment accounts, and trusts – both revocable/irrevocable
Series 7, 66, Life & Health licenses or be willing to acquired
Be a team player
Do what is best for the client
Focus on growing the company
Bachelor's degree required
CTFA, CFP, CPA, JD, AIF, CWS etc. are a plus
