Job Title: Wealth Management Sales Associate

Location: Miami, FL


Overview:

Sales Associate โ€“ Wealth Management

We are seeking a client-focused, detail-oriented Sales Associate to support Wealth Advisors in a fast-paced wealth management environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn the business, develop product knowledge, and grow within a client service and advisor support role. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and English, highly organized, professional, and comfortable interacting with clients.

This role will assist Wealth Advisors with trade support, client inquiries, relationship management, administrative operations, and day-to-day client service needs, while helping identify opportunities to enhance the client experience.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support Wealth Advisors with daily operations, client service, and account administration
  • Assist with trade support and related follow-up
  • Research and respond to routine client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide account information to clients and Wealth Advisors
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering responsive and high-quality service
  • Conduct client outreach as directed by Wealth Advisors
  • Recognize potential client service needs or opportunities and escalate appropriately
  • Assist in preparing client presentations and materials
  • Learn the firmโ€™s business, platform, products, and procedures to better support Wealth Advisors
  • Handle general administrative duties, including answering phones, mailing, filing, processing forms, and maintaining records
  • Use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet-based tools to complete daily responsibilities
  • Complete applicable firm training and continuing education requirements as needed


Required Background / Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English required
  • 0โ€“5 years of financial services, wealth management, client service, or administrative experience
  • Strong interest in wealth management and desire to learn the business
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Professional demeanor and ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and general internet research


Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Prior experience supporting Financial Advisors, Wealth Advisors, or client-facing teams is a plus
  • SIE, Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, or Series 66 licenses are helpful but not required
  • Knowledge of Fidessa, Pershing, and Addepar is helpful
  • Strong computer and systems skills
  • Demonstrated client service orientation and willingness to take initiative


Location and Compensation

Primary Location: Miami, Florida

Employment Type: Full Time

Base Salary Range: $75,000 โ€“ $95,000, plus overtime eligibility.

The salary offered will take into consideration an individualโ€™s experience level and qualifications.
