Join the Independent Bank team as a Wealth Management Sales Assistant to support our Wealth Advisors and deliver an exceptional client experience, supporting our mission of, "Inspiring financial independence today, with tomorrow in mind." In this role, youโ€™ll be a primary point of contact for clients, handling account servicing, documentation, meeting coordination, and daily inquiries with accuracy and professionalism. Youโ€™ll help onboard new relationships, process account maintenance requests, prepare meeting materials, and support follow-up activities while helping ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
