Position Overview

KēSTA I.T. is seeking an experienced and highly professional Senior Client Account Service Associate (CASA) to support a growing wealth management and financial services organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-focused environment, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and can serve as a trusted resource to advisory and service teams.

The Senior CASA will play a key role in delivering a high-touch client experience while managing complex account servicing activities, operational workflows, and regulatory processes. This individual will also contribute to process improvement initiatives, mentor peers, and help drive operational excellence across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client service experiences through proactive communication and high-quality account support
  • Manage complex client service requests from initiation through resolution while ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Support Wealth Advisors and financial planning teams with client relationship management and operational coordination
  • Process and administer account activities including:
  • Cash movements
  • Account maintenance
  • Transfers
  • Account closures
  • Coordinate with internal operational, compliance, trading, and technology teams to resolve client account issues
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal control requirements
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives
  • Assist with workflow optimization, operational improvements, and service delivery enhancements
  • Support audit, governance, and compliance-related activities with minimal oversight
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members when appropriate
  • Contribute to a collaborative, accountability-driven team culture
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned


Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 4+ years of experience in:
  • Financial services
  • Wealth management operations
  • Client account servicing
  • Or related industry experience
  • Proven ability to manage complex client account scenarios in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of financial products, account structures, and operational workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong technical aptitude and experience using modern business applications and workflow tools
  • Demonstrated professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving abilities in client-facing situations
  • Experience working within a team-oriented service model


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Active Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses preferred
  • Life & Health licensing preferred
  • Experience supporting advisory teams and high-net-worth client relationships strongly preferred
  • Experience with CRM, workflow automation, or financial services technology platforms preferred
