Strittmatter Wealth Management Group (SWMG) is a growing, technology-forward Registered Investment Advisor serving high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners. We are looking for an accomplished Wealth Management Advisor who has built an advisory practice and wants a platform that provides qualified leads, modern technology, planning resources, and operational support so the advisor can focus on clients and growth.

We have been in business since 2007 and specialize in retirement planning, investment management and business planning to high-net-worth clients and business owners. What makes us different is that we are an independent investment firm that offers unique investment options that many other firms do not offer including Alternative Investments, Private Real Estate portfolios and access to world class Institutional Managers.

This role is designed for an advisor with an established practice. $20 million+ of AUM that could reasonably transition to SWMG is strongly preferred. SWMG provides the infrastructure to help you grow beyond the business you already have.

What You'll Do

Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand goals, priorities, and financial needs.

Convert qualified company-generated leads and self-generated opportunities into long-term client relationships

Present comprehensive wealth management recommendations covering investments, retirement, tax, insurance, and long-term planning

Lead prospective clients through discovery, solutions, and onboarding

Oversee asset transitions and help clients implement recommendations

Conduct ongoing client review and planning meetings

Identify opportunities to deepen existing relationships and generate referrals

Partner with paraplanners, portfolio management, operations, marketing, and client service

Use SWMG technology and workflows to manage prospects and client relationships

Participate in seminars, educational events, and marketing initiatives

What We're Looking For

5+ years of client-facing financial advisory experience

Proven ability to attract, convert, and retain high-net-worth clients

Demonstrated experience managing an established book of business

$20 million+ in AUM that could reasonably transition to SWMG is strongly preferred

Strong financial planning and investment knowledge

Excellent presentation, communication, and consultative sales skills

Bachelor's degree or higher

Life and Health Insurance license

Appropriate securities registrations/licenses

Clean compliance record

Strong organization and time management

Commitment to fiduciary responsibility and high ethical standards

CFPยฎ certification and RIA experience are preferred.

Compensation & Earnings Potential

Base Compensation: $100,000โ€“$150,000

Performance-based compensation

Target OTE: $250,000 in Year 1; $500,000 in Year 2; $750,000 in Year 3; $1,000,000 in Year 4.

Defined opportunity to build a high-earning, scalable wealth management practice.

OTE is performance-based, is not guaranteed, and depends on achievement of defined production and business-development objectives.
