At C&N, we're seeking a Wealth Management Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Wealth Management division while supporting the delivery of exceptional service to clients and internal partners.
In this role, you'll lead and develop a team, drive operational efficiencies, support key initiatives, and collaborate across departments to ensure Wealth Management operations run smoothly and effectively. If you enjoy balancing leadership, process improvement, and operational oversight, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a growing Wealth Management team.
You will be responsible for:
  1. Operations Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop the Wealth Management Operations team by setting goals, providing feedback, supporting professional development, and ensuring consistent operational excellence.
  2. Process Improvement & Operational Strategy: Assist in developing, implementing, and enhancing policies, procedures, systems, and workflows that improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and support business growth.
  3. Operational Support & Collaboration: Partner with Wealth Management Administration, Investment Management, Tax, Retirement Services, vendors, and other internal teams to resolve operational issues and support exceptional client service.
  4. Systems & Vendor Management: Support operational systems, technology initiatives, and vendor relationships while assisting with major projects and continuous process improvements.
  5. Training & Team Development: Coordinate operational training, develop standard procedures, and ensure team members have the knowledge and resources needed to succeed.
  6. Reporting & Compliance: Assist with departmental reporting, operational oversight, regulatory support, and transaction reviews while maintaining compliance with internal policies and industry requirements.

Requirements:
Education & Experience - You will need a bachelor's degree AND one 4-6 years of related experience and/or training OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
