Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the full-time Wealth Management Account Administrator position at our Wichita, KS location.


Description:

The Wealth Management Account Administrator plays a vital role in supporting investment advisors and clients in delivering high-quality wealth management services. This position is responsible for administrative duties related to the opening, maintenance, and servicing of client investment accounts. The Wealth Management Account Administrator must be detail-oriented, client-focused, and have exceptional communication and project management skills. This position must have the ability to obtain knowledge of Wealth Management administration and the ability to positively interact with all divisions of Sunflower Bank, N.A. to develop and achieve goals in accordance with the parameters defined by management.


Responsibilities:

  • Administration of agency and custodial account relationships:
  • Account reviews
  • Trade and asset allocation changes
  • Transaction Processing: Coordinate money movements, wires, transfers, disbursements, and contributions
  • Client servicing
  • Maintain and manage client accounts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, prepare and review onboarding forms, and ensure a smooth transition of accounts and services.
  • Attend regularly scheduled Wealth Management team meetings.
  • Work with other wealth team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  • Effectively manage time by prioritizing urgent tasks.
  • Attend all training as requested to increase administration knowledge.
  • Perform the job in accordance with applicable industry laws and regulations as well as the policies and procedures established by the company.
  • Responsible for upholding Fair and Responsible Banking practices and Code of Ethics and Conduct guidelines.
  • Understand and participate in the Bank’s Community Reinvestment Act program.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or other related field preferred
  • Exceptional reasoning and judgment skills
  • Exceptional detail and organization skills
  • Time management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must have a professional appearance and manner
  • Must be able to work flexible hours
  • Some travel may be required
