Job description

Wealth Management Operations Analyst (Contract)
Location: New York, NY - Onsite
Pay: $50-$57/hr | Duration: 6-Month Contract
We are seeking a Wealth Management Operations Analyst to support daily operations for a financial services team in New York. This role focuses on client account setup, trade processing, and transaction support, while working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with opening and maintaining client accounts, including collecting and verifying documentation
  • Support cash and securities transfers between accounts and institutions
  • Help process and monitor daily financial transactions and trade activity
  • Work with internal teams to resolve account or transaction issues
  • Ensure trades and transactions are accurately processed, settled, and recorded
  • Communicate with internal teams and partners to keep operations running smoothly
  • Assist with process improvements, reporting, and audit support
Requirements
  • 2+ years of operations experience in financial services (bank, broker-dealer, or investment firm)
  • Experience with client account opening and KYC/AML requirements
  • Familiarity with financial products such as securities, cash transactions, or FX
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Finance, Economics, or related)
