We are looking for an Operations Processor to support wealth operations activities for a Long-term Contract position based in Woburn, Massachusetts. This role focuses on managing account-related transactions, reviewing documentation, and helping ensure client accounts are established and serviced accurately and on schedule. The ideal candidate brings a strong operational mindset, clear communication skills, and the ability to work across teams while maintaining compliance with firm and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the setup of new investment accounts across custodial and recordkeeping systems, ensuring each request is handled efficiently and correctly.
• Examine account forms and supporting documents to confirm accuracy, completeness, and alignment with operational requirements.
• Facilitate funding activities, transfers, rollovers, and other asset movement transactions to support timely account activation and maintenance.
• Track workflow queues and follow through on pending items to keep operational processes moving without unnecessary delays.
• Assist with onboarding tasks that help clients complete account establishment and funding within expected timeframes.
• Handle service-related requests such as account updates, beneficiary changes, distributions, and other administrative transactions.
• Work closely with advisors, business development partners, and custodians to resolve account issues and accelerate request completion.
• Maintain precise records in organizational and workflow systems while supporting reporting, operational tracking, and process improvement efforts.
• Carry out all assigned work in accordance with company procedures, risk controls, and applicable regulatory guidelines.• 1–3 years of experience in financial services operations, wealth management, brokerage operations, banking operations, or a closely related environment.
• Demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to manage documentation and transaction processing accurately.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple assignments and deadlines effectively.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a team-oriented setting.
• Familiarity with account resolution, accounts payable processes, risk management, and wealth management operations is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce tools, including platform usage, administration, or query-based data work, is a plus.
