Reporting directly to the Head of Wealth Management, the Director of Wealth Management Strategy & Solutions serves as a key member of the Wealth Leadership Team and is responsible for shaping the future growth of growing Wealth Management franchise.


This leader will develop and execute strategies that expand assets under management, increase revenue, deepen client relationships, and grow penetration of affluent and high-net-worth households across the bank's existing client base. The role combines enterprise strategy, business transformation, platform modernization, market expansion, and organizational leadership to position the Wealth business as one of the premier wealth management franchises in the country.


The successful candidate will be a growth-oriented executive with demonstrated success leading large-scale strategic initiatives, modernizing wealth platforms, driving enterprise transformation, and delivering measurable business outcomes within a leading wealth management, private banking, investment management, or financial services organization.

Drive Enterprise Growth
Partner with the Head of Wealth Management to define and execute a long-term strategic plan designed to significantly increase AUM, revenue, and market share.
Develop growth strategies focused on affluent, high-net-worth, and ultra-high-net-worth client acquisition.
Create initiatives that deepen Wealth penetration among existing bank clients and strengthen referral opportunities across Consumer, Commercial, Regional Banking, and Private Banking channels.
Identify emerging opportunities, market trends, and competitive threats that influence the future direction of the Wealth business.


Lead Transformation and Innovation
Oversee modernization of advisor platforms, client-facing technology, digital wealth capabilities, and business infrastructure.
Lead enterprise transformation programs that improve advisor productivity, client experience, scalability, and operating efficiency.
Evaluate emerging technologies, fintech partnerships, and innovative solutions that accelerate growth and strengthen competitive differentiation.


Accelerate Strategic Expansion
Assess opportunities for expansion into new client segments, geographic markets, and growth channels.
Lead analysis of strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and investment opportunities.
Develop executive recommendations and business cases supporting long-term value creation.


Lead a High-Performing Organization
Lead a large multi-functional team responsible for strategy, analytics, platform management, transformation, and business execution.
Build and develop exceptional leadership talent capable of supporting aggressive future growth.
Foster a culture focused on performance, innovation, accountability, and client-centric decision making.


Executive Leadership
Serve as an influential member of the Wealth Leadership Team.
Advise executive leadership on strategic priorities, growth investments, operating performance, and market opportunities.
Represent the Wealth organization externally with strategic partners, industry organizations, consultants, technology providers, and acquisition targets.
Communicate strategic plans and business performance to executive stakeholders and governance committees.


Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
15+ years of progressive leadership experience within Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investment Management, Asset Management, or Financial Services.
Proven track record driving AUM growth, revenue growth, and client acquisition.
Experience leading large-scale organizations and developing senior leadership teams.
Significant experience leading enterprise transformation, platform modernization, and strategic growth initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive organizational change.
Strong understanding of wealth advisory, investment management, trust, private banking, financial planning, and wealth technology platforms.


Preferred Qualifications
MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
Executive leadership experience within a top-tier wealth management organization.
Experience serving affluent, high-net-worth, and ultra-high-net-worth client segments.
Proven success designing and executing enterprise growth strategies.
Experience evaluating strategic acquisitions, partnerships, and market expansion opportunities.
Exceptional executive presence and communication skills.
Experience presenting to executive committees, boards, and senior governance bodies.
