Job description

Position: Wealth Management Operations Specialist

Compensation: $30 - $32 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Wealth Management Operations Specialist to join their team!

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting complex client account operations, solving process issues, and partnering across teams to keep work moving efficiently. Youโ€™ll help ensure accurate account handling, provide support for trust systems and online products, and play an important part in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Open, close, and maintain client accounts accurately.
  • Process cash receipts and disbursements.
  • Support income, expenses, and fee processing.
  • Coordinate required documentation with internal and external partners.
  • Assist with assets moving into the bank.
  • Provide backup support for group operations needs.
  • Troubleshoot trust software and online product issues.
  • Resolve client and internal processing questions.
  • Help document processes and support special projects.
  • Assist with audit, compliance, and regulatory inquiries.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in a business-related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in the security industry.
  • Equivalent education and experience will be considered.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external parties.
  • Experience supporting client account operations.
  • Comfort working through issues to resolution.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with trust software or systems.
  • Background supporting online product troubleshooting.
