About the Role:


Our client, a top producer in the financial services industry, is seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and enhance efficiency within a high-performing practice. This role requires a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple priorities, and brings a strong background in financial services operations.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Optimize daily workflow, ensuring seamless scheduling of client meetings, internal briefings, and external engagements.
  • Organize agendas, prepare documents, track action items, and ensure timely execution of next steps.
  • Manage and streamline the client onboarding process, ensuring all paperwork, compliance, and account setup are completed efficiently.
  • Identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, and enhance workflows to maximize productivity.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain client records, track key metrics, and leverage technology to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Ability to handle sensitive client and business information with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality.



Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree required (Business, Finance, or a related field preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, practice management, or executive support within financial services, wealth management, or a similar high-performance environment.
  • Strong background in calendar management, client service, and operational oversight.
  • Experience in office/people management preferred
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, scheduling tools, and financial services software.
