This dynamic position combines comprehensive support for wealth management with a focus on trading and investment research, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to client success through both operational excellence and investment insights. You will work closely with Wealth Managers, Wealth Assistants, and leadership to deliver seamless client service, accurate execution, and high professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing trading strategies and managing investment portfolios.
  • Conduct investment research to support portfolio decisions and provide insights on market trends.
  • Prepare appointments, including all required reports, data, and meeting materials.
  • Support the development and implementation of financial plans tailored to client needs.
  • Process complex accounts and transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and effective client communication.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, investment products, and industry regulations.
