$235,000 – $375,000+

A highly respected national law firm is seeking a Private Wealth Associate Attorney to join its Dallas office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in advising high-net-worth individuals, families, family offices, business owners, and fiduciaries on sophisticated estate planning, wealth transfer, and trust administration matters.

Ideal Background

4–8 years of trusts & estates, private wealth, estate planning, or related experience gained at a sophisticated law firm

• Experience advising high-net-worth individuals, ultra-high-net-worth families, family offices, business owners, and fiduciaries

• Experience with sophisticated estate planning, wealth transfer planning, trust and estate administration, and business succession planning

• Experience drafting and implementing revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, family limited partnerships, LLCs, and other estate planning vehicles

• Experience advising clients regarding gift, estate, generation-skipping transfer, and income tax planning strategies

• Experience with charitable planning, closely held business succession planning, and fiduciary representation is preferred

• Experience advising trustees, executors, and beneficiaries regarding trust and estate administration matters is a plus

• Strong drafting, analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to manage sophisticated matters while working directly with clients and other advisors

• Excellent academic credentials

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted
