Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key operational partner supporting advisors and high-net-worth clients
  • Process and complete client service requests with precision and urgency
  • Manage client onboarding, account openings, and asset transfers end-to-end
  • Prepare customized client reports and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email
  • Monitor workflows, documentation, and follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Support advisors by anticipating needs and proactively solving issues

Requirements

ย What We're Looking For

  • 1-5+ years of experience in operations, client service, financial services, or a highly detail-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through (this will be assessed during the interview process)
  • Comfort working in a structured, execution-heavy role long-term
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (CRM experience a plus)
  • Positive, professional demeanor with strong client-facing instincts
