The Senior Wealth Associate supports Advisors in delivering exceptional client experience across all service areas. This role is responsible for preparing high-quality client materials, supporting planning and project execution, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness in deliverables.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
Client Service and Advisor Partnership
โ€ข Acts as a strategic partner to advisors, anticipating client needs and serving as a key liaison between team members
โ€ข Prepares for potential transition into a Wealth Advisor role
Meeting Preparation and Client Deliverables
โ€ข Drives meeting preparation and ensures follow-through on client commitments
โ€ข Leads creation of complex analysis, modeling and client deliverables (including balance sheets, financial plans, estate flowcharts, and portfolio reporting and recommendations)
โ€ข Provides behind-the-scenes support for client meetings, including preparation, note-taking and follow-up actions
Planning, Analysis and Portfolio Implementation
โ€ข Drives detailed analysis and planning support for Wealth Advisors and Principal Advisors
โ€ข Executes trades and adjusts allocations as needed when raising cash, ensuring high degree of accuracy and alignment with client portfolios
โ€ข Conducts annual reviews of unique asset holdings, updating cost basis and market value as required, providing clients with accurate and timely information
Investments and Operational Leadership
โ€ข Owns recurring processes of performance reporting and investment documentation
โ€ข Independently manages complex asset allocation updates and leverages deep knowledge of platform investment managers to produce high quality recommendations and client reports with minimal oversight
โ€ข Administers alternative investments, including processing new investments, coordinating subscription paperwork, and tracking/confirming capital calls and fund activity to ensure accurate portfolio management
Leadership, Mentorship and Operational Excellence
โ€ข Mentors Junior and Mid-Level Wealth Associates and sets standards for operational excellence
โ€ข Recognizes when to take initiative independently and when to bring in team members for collaborative problem solving
Business Development Support
โ€ข Supports advanced business development activities, produces advisor level materials and continues progressing toward advisory competencies
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Minimum Education Required
  • Bachelor's degree in financial planning, finance or related field preferred

โ€ข Licenses/Certifications Required
  • CFP in progress preferred

Minimum Specific Experience Required
  • 5+ years of experience in a client service organization; trust or investment management experience preferred
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age and possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
  • Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the USA; no visa sponsorship is available.
