We are seeking an experienced Wealth Associate to join our growing practice. This is an important client-facing and operational position for an individual who takes pride in providing exceptional service, managing details, and helping advisors and clients navigate sophisticated wealth management relationships.

  • Coordinate with Wells Fargo Advisors operational, service, compliance, and other internal resources to resolve client needs efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure appropriate documentation of client activity.
  • Monitor outstanding service requests and proactively follow through to completion.
  • Assist with retirement account distributions, beneficiary updates, account registrations, trust and estate-related documentation, and other complex service requests.
  • Help maintain an organized and efficient workflow across a large and sophisticated wealth management practice.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience.
  • Work collaboratively with other Wealth Associates and Wealth Advisors as part of our ensemble team-based service model, and provide backup coverage as needed.
  • Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Track anticipated checks and money movement arriving via mail.
  • Complete special projects as necessary.
  • Proactively develop self to continuously improve knowledge, skills and credentials and communicate development needs to Wealth Advisors, Director of Client Experience, COO, or CEO as applicable.

  • 1+ years of experience in wealth management, brokerage, private banking, registered investment advisory, financial services, or transferrable industry or skillset such as customer service, hospitality, sales, education, or military.
  • Previous or current Wells Fargo Advisors experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience supporting high-net-worth and/or ultra-high-net-worth client relationships.
  • Knowledge of brokerage and advisory account administration and financial-services operations, or willingness to learn.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and client requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, polished, and comfortable communicating directly with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client service.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to pursue and obtain relevant securities licensing, including SIE, Series 7 and Series 63/65 or Series 66.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package designed to attract experienced professionals, including:

  • Base salary range of $65k-$100k, commensurate with experience and qualifications
  • Quarterly performance-based bonus opportunity
  • Potential additional hiring/sign-on bonus for candidates with relevant Wells Fargo Advisors experience and systems knowledge
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching

  • Long-term career growth opportunities within 114 Private Wealth
