Job Description:
J2T Financial Recruiting has partnered with a well-known firm seeking a part-time Bookkeeper. The selected candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including recording bank transactions, reconciling accounts, collecting and tracking tax documents, and data entry. Additionally, the role involves managing office logistics, such as ordering supplies and liaising with property management.

Requirements:
- Meaningful experience in an accounting department
- Proficiency in recording transactions and supporting tax-related activities
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong time management abilities
- Dependable and personable demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
