Role Overview:

 As an Sales Operations Coordinator at Re-Systems Group Americas, you'll play a pivotal role in managing the operational aspects of our waterproofing technology products while providing technical expertise. This position works closely with the sales team and involves assisting in technical and sales-related processes and development. This position is perfect for individuals skilled in inside sales, operational management, thrive in technical problem-solving environments, and possess a solid background in waterproofing technologies.

 

Operational Management:

Supervise day-to-day operations concerning waterproofing technology projects in tandem with sales team.

Collaborate in overseeing the execution of various tasks and activities related to the development, production, and delivery of waterproofing technology projects. This includes coordinating with different teams to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.

Ensure operational activities and processes are aligned with company objectives, quality standards, and customer requirements. It also involves maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring that customer needs and expectations are met or exceeded.

Develop and implement streamlined operational processes and procedures to optimize operational performance and identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

Assist in managing the Certified Applicator Program. Leading training sessions, managing certification processes, and providing support to certified applicators.

Technical Expertise:

Act as a technical authority in waterproofing technologies, offering guidance and solutions for technical issues to internal teams and external stakeholders on technical matters related to waterproofing products and solutions.

Stay updated on technological advancements in the field and incorporate innovative practices into operations. Stay informed about the latest developments, trends, and innovations in the field of waterproofing technologies.

Research new technologies practices and identify opportunities to integrate innovative practices into operations.

Team Leadership:

Train, develop, and support technical personnel, internally and externally, by fostering a collaborative and positive work environment and providing guidance and mentorship to team members as needed.

Identify training needs and opportunities for professional development within the team and organize training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities to enhance team members' skills and expertise in waterproofing technologies.

Project Management:

Collaborate with sales team to implement and monitor projects through to completion, ensuring high quality and standards.

Ensure projects are delivered punctually, within specifications, and budget constraints by monitoring project progress, tracking budget expenditures, and addressing any issues or challenges that may arise during the project.

Quality Control:

Enforce and monitor quality control protocols across all operations to uphold superior standards.

Swiftly identify, address, and resolve any discrepancies or issues concerning product quality or operational processes to ensure seamless workflow.

Collaboration with Other Departments:

Collaborate closely with sales, research and development, and marketing teams to ensure a unified approach to product development and customer support.

Offer valuable technical insights and expertise to enhance the effectiveness of marketing materials and sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Customer Interaction:

Take the lead in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, serving as their primary point of contact.

Provide proactive technical assistance and support, nurturing partnerships through attentive communication and tailored solutions.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in the construction industry of building envelope sector is highly desirable

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Construction Management, Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience in technical operations, preferably in the waterproofing or construction industry.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing a technical team.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and operational management skills.

Knowledge of current waterproofing technologies and industry trends; or willingness to learn.

Familiarity with Monday, Capsule CRM, Microsoft 365 & other proprietary software.

Good communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

 

Compensation:

Competitive base salary starting from $50,000-$70,000/year, with performance-based incentives. Furthermore, the comprehensive benefits package encompasses medical, dental, and vision coverage, in addition to provision of a company laptop, a cell phone allowance, and reimbursement for sales/marketing expenses.
