Warehouse Manager

Job Summary 

Our client is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. This role is responsible for managing and overseeing day-to-day operations. Developing, and implementing efficient warehouse processes. Maintaining a safe and clean work environment and many other duties. 

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proven track record of optimizing warehouse processes to improve efficiency and productivity. 

Responsibilities  

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of goods 

• Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance goals and objectives 

• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize errors 

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate inventory management 

• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders and meet customer requirements 

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations 

• Prepare reports and analyze data to track warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement 

• Manage relationships with suppliers and logistics partners 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field (preferred) 

• Highschool diploma or Equivalent Required 

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role 

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills 

• Excellent problem-solving abilities 

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively 

• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control principles 

• Familiarity with health and safety regulations 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
