Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $79,000 to $86,000+
• Health Insurance Available
• Paid Time Off 10 Days
• 8 Paid Holidays

Responsibilities

• Monday-Friday
• On Call (1 in every 4 weeks)
• Patients Per Days (6 on Average)
• Autonomy

• Reports to Administrator

Requirements

• OASIS-E Experience
• HomeCare Home Base Experience Preferred
• Home Health, Home Care, or Hospice Experience
• Clear and Active License in the State of Florida
• Registered Nurse
