HR Generalist
Will be responsible for performing a broad range of HR-related duties while providing day-to-day HR support for various groups. Ensure all human resources functions and activities are carried out effectively, efficiently, and in accordance with Raxium’s Core Values and Behaviors. This includes coordination and implementation of policies, procedures, and programs in the following functional areas: benefits, employee relations, training, onboarding, policy implementation, and employment law compliance.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of HR operations; administration of policies and procedures and programs of the organization.
- Partnering with employees and managers in several departments to answer questions and provide HR guidance on Benefits, Payroll, and other HR questions.
- Responsible for employee relations; with oversight, communicates & assist in resolving employee concerns appropriately and in a timely and ethical fashion
- Administer the day-to-day functions of the HR Generalist for onboarding, off-boarding, recruitment, leave cases and employment status changes
- Assisting talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Organizes and manages and maintains confidential personnel and human resources information files electronically
- Recommend improvements to HR processes and systems
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, policy interpretation and adherence
- Participate with planning and implementation of team and personal goals
- Oversee and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefit laws and regulations
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics; prepare reports
- Assists with company event celebrations and ordering lunch etc
- Performing other duties as assigned
Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Human Resources preferred or min. 5 years of experience in any similar combination of education and experience
- Experience as an HROPs Generalist is helpful
- Proven employee relations experience a plus
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree required major in human resources or business preferred.
- A PHR Certification, a plus
